A one-room fee of $475.00 must be paid in full for the design process to begin.
You will receive my Terms of Agreement, Questionnaire and How to Measure Guide.
Your comprehensive design concept incorporates:
Floor plans, Elevations and 3D Drawings
Design/ Boards with furnishings, materials and decor selections.
Material Samples that include fabric, wallpaper, wood finishes, paint colors.
Tear Sheets
Shopping list with links to your selected design items.
A How-To Guide
This process is for you to implement on your own time and budget.
Kitchens and Baths are excluded. If requested it will include a separate agreement.
Dallas, Texas
As you can see from the before photo above the view out of the window was not very inspiring and the afternoon sun made it difficult to sit in the room. So frosted window film was added and the alcove above the fireplace was painted SW Brainstorm Bronze, which mimicked the dark wood floors. The existing wall color, SW Agreeable Gray is in the same family as Brainstorm Bronze so it adds a nice contrast to the fireplace. The gold sconces were added to reflect the warmth of the paint color.

Before
The before photo above does not impress. Uninspiring. The client wished to make more of a statement and use her cherished family pieces ~ the bookcases and buffet. Base cabinetry was designed and made to order, raising the bookcases to the ceiling and the niche painted to emphasize the interior in SW Tranquil Aqua. This is definitely now the focal point of the room. The Buffet was painted in SW Bosc Pear and walls are SW Shoji White. The TV needs to be hung on the wall, but what a difference just changing the color makes!
